Product Description
Exceed™ Tough+ m 0814 is an eXtreme Performance ethylene 1-hexene copolymer that offers step-out toughness and easy processing for a range of blown film applications. The combination of high toughness, easy processing and excellent sealing performance make this a very versatile packaging film resin. TnPP is not intentionally added to Exceed™ Tough+ m 0814. Exceed™ Tough+ m 0814 - when eXtreme Performance matters.

Processing Statement
Film (1 mil/25.4 micron) made from Exceed™ Tough+ m 0814.ML on a 2.5 inch (63.5 mm) blown film line with a 2.5:1 blow-up ratio, a melt temperature of 390-410°F (199-210°C), a 90 mil (2.29 mm) die gap at a rate of 15 lbs/hr/in die circumference (2.68 kg/hr/cm).
